I have reached our several times to receive my contact perscription and place an order of contacts. They have not returned my calls or emails. It is expensive to see another provider before it is covered by insurance. I have been out of contacts for months and not known my new prescription to order new ones. Unprofessional.

This was one of the few doctors appointments I have walked away feeling like I was really listened to and that I was thoroughly and carefully tended to. For the first time in over 20 years of receiving vision and eye care from a number of different providers for a range of reasons, I felt that this was the first eye doctor to actually address all my concerns, properly conduct all testing and provide comprehensive preventative care, all while providing me with information and answered all questions I had along the way. Her bedside manner is exceptional, and I would absolutely recommend her to everyone.

Dr Sehremelis is the epitome of professional-punctual, gentle, and attentive. She is smart and young and current on new medical practices, especially regarding contacts. Her fresh perspective and thoughtful feedback is valuable. I appreciate that she listens to my concerns, answers my questions, and does not recommend any unnecessary treatments. Added bonus: great with all ages and speaks Greek!

Dr E Sehremelis is a pro and she gave a very thorough eye exam. She was very receptive to my questions and had a few of her own as she walked me through my eye care needs. This was the best eye doc visit I have had in Manhattan in 6 years. Thank you Dr Sehremelis and staff. I highly recommend the Manhattan location & timeliness as well, as I did not have to wait at all.

I usually don’t have any issues with my eyes, but recently have been experience a lot of strain and fatigue. Dr. Sehremelis took the time to understand my concerns, run a few different tests to determine the problem, and shared a few key exercises to address my converge insufficiency. Her recommendations helped me tremendously.

This year was the first time I had an appointment with Dr. Sehremelis, and I can say I love this doctor. She really cares for my eyes health. I went to see her for an scleral lense fitting, but she also gave few suggestions on how to deal with my dry eye problem and what I can do to receive help with my double vision. No other doctor ever gave me those suggestions that really helped me. It's a pity she doesn't go to the office that is close to where I live. She would be my only go-to eye doctor. But any visit to this doctor's office is always worth it because she really cares. I highly recommend her!!
