I can’t really write a review on the doctor cause I didn’t have an appointment. The office is different than Zocdoc, and although I input my insurance information, they did not accept it. So on Monday, I called to cancel the appointment and was told that there wasn’t one and I still got notifications through this app. So this morning I was available for the appointment. I called the office and there was nothing set up. The office staff was very nice and kind and helpful. So I don’t want this doctor to get a bad review in anyway there’s something wrong with this app.

Second time I booked an appointment on ZocDoc and apparently my booking wasn’t relayed to the doctor’s office. After the assigned time and no contact from t/ doctor’s office I called t/ office and was told that the appointment time wasn’t booked!! How is that possible? ZocDoc confirmed the appointment, saying that even submitted was received. This review is solely for ZocDoc as I never got to meet with any of the Doctor’s. I’ll call the office directly moving forward.
