Not sure if it was a zoc doc mess up but I was looking for an ENT, they provided this office and it is NOT an ENT AT ALL! Personally I wouldn’t go back but everyone is different. Wasn’t the biggest fan of the dr office or the dr himself

The office smells horrible, the doctor does not speak any clear language, he never responded to my query and gives a very bad impression.
I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The doctor did not listen to my chief complaint, he forgot that he took my blood pressure when we first started the appointment and try taking a second and third one, he asked me about my profession probably five times, and kept forgetting each time.
When I try to explain the reason I was there he kept brushing it off and just treat it like a regular physical exam appointment. He would not acknowledge my problems or give me guidance on what to do with it. I brought up the fact that I was here for attention deficit disorder, and his recommendation was to do push-ups.

Super hot and dark office. Online description was wrong he is not an endocrinologist. No AC in the whole building not even fans and door open to keep air circulating. This app needs to make sure of medical providers professions before referring.
