The staff are very accommodating and friendly. As soon as I entered the office, they already assisted me and right away I was brought to Dr. Griffin's room. Dr. Griffin is very detailed in his explanations of my medical concerns. He knows what my concerns are even without saying a word. He explained to me in words that I will fully understand the issue and listened to every single thing I raised to him. He even asked me if I have other concerns and even helped me get a new GI doctor. And the best part is, the clinic called me back the day after my appointment to check on my experience with their service. I am very happy to find to Dr. Griffin in ZORDOC. I can highly recommend Dr. Griffin and the clinic itself. Very accommodating and treats all patients very well.
