All the staff was very friendly, I was assessed immediately and thoroughly. When Dr. archayra saw me, she sat down and had an in depth discussion with me and was very kind and patient. Longest wait was to get my blood drawn and even that was fairly quick. Very attentive and friendly staff overall!

New patient to the office. Front desk staff was helpful, got all my info prior to my appointment. MA was nice took vitals went over health history. Dr. A was pleasant, did a thorough physical and answered questions I had. Not to mention blood work in house was a plus. Would deff recommend and see her again.

I didn’t have any expectations going into see Dr Lay. I was pleasantly surprised, she was very nice, good communicator and really listened to me. It’s not as common for doctors to listen to patients nowadays. They usually make assessments, assumptions & move to the next patient. She’s not just about making insurance money & moving on.

Dr Acharya has an excellent bedside manner and listened closely, without interrupting, to my concerns. I very highly recommend her.
However the front office staff is slow and didnt keep me informed about my lengthy wait time of over an hour until I questioned them.
I almost left, this initial appointment. I am not impressed.
