Took my wife to see Dr Sugai who seemed to be in a lot of hurry throughout the appointment. Please, if you don’t have time for your patients, do not book them. We will happily go elsewhere. Overall a very rushed and unsatisfactory appointment.

Dr. Sugai's office allows you to schedule appointments online which is very convenient. You can always get in to see Dr. Sugai in a timely manner - not like other clinics where it takes 2-3 months to get in. I was able to get in to see Dr. Sugai the next day by using their online scheduling tool found on their webpage.
Dr. Sugai is very thorough in his exam and was able to diagnosis me right away and get me started on the right treatment plan. So happy to have found Dr. Sugai. Rare find.

This was the best doctor's visit I've ever had.
To the point, engaged, efficient without feeling rushed or impersonal. Dr. Sugai made eye contact, listened to what I said, didn't bat an eye at some of the weirder ways I'd tried to self-treat before coming to him, cooed at pictures of my kids, and provided me with a diagnosis and prescription. It was everything I wanted from a doctor's visit, and nothing that I didn't want.

After seeing 3 other Dermatologists, 2 allergists and my internist several times without a diagnosis it was refreshing to have a doctor who actually knows what he's talking about. Dr. Sugai took the time to actually look at the rash on my face, other doctors did not, and within 30 seconds able to determine what was going on and prescribe the proper medication. After 10 months of trying to figure out what's going on I have relief now after just 1 application of the medication from Dr. Sugai! Do not let other dermatologists tell you "oh its just eczema, just this steroidal cream". It's NOT eczema!

Dr Sugai went over my skin inch by inch carefully and completely while his assistant recorded and photographed. Clear explanations and next steps. This was my second annual skin check and I'm really glad I started seeing him. I can also say that the staff is extremely competent, attentive and thorough.
