Amazing doctor. He took notes during our sessions.. His advice was extremely useful. I put it into use right away. To this day, I remember all the things he said during our sessions. I can’t think of anyone better than Daniel as a psychologist. I would highly recommend him to others.
My husband and I went to Dr. Daniel for help talking through some issues we were having. He's a nice, unassuming guy who mainly just asked us questions to get the ball rolling and elicited some general compromises between us. The structure of our sessions was quite simple, but I really do think they helped. I am now much more confident that our relationship will last until death do us part, and that we'll be able to deal with any new issues that come up along the way! (And if we need any additional help, we will certainly go back.)

I felt very comfortable with Dr. Winarick. He did not treat me like just another patient. He was very attentive throughout our session and made me feel at ease to open up with full transparency. The session was very helpful and I will continue see him to work towards our goals. I highly recommend Dr. Winarick.
Good therapist. Will return. Warm person, kind, you can feel comfortable saying anything you want. You feel he is not going to judge you. Open mind, very patient. He has the qualitities that are very important in a therapist. I would highly recommend.
He really understood my feelings and the reasons behind them which helped me to change, find a new job, and lasting relationship
Dr. Winarick counseled our teenage daughter after her diagnosis of ADHD. He was very helpful in guiding her to understand her strengths and weaknesses and to come up with strategies for dealing with her tendencies toward procrastination and denial. She liked him a lot and never complained about having to meet with him.
Dr. Winarick come highly recommended to me by someone who was helped by him over a significant amount of time. He was able to assist me with a few issues that were unresolved by prior practitioners.
Extremely knowledgeable, kind, and flexible. I appreciate his deep knowledge of ADHD and of what it's like to be a striving young urban professional in NYC. Dr. W is unwaveringly compassionate and allows you to meld his sessions and relationship to your needs. i.e talk therapy, coaching, family therapy sessions, administering nueropsych tests for disability accommodations on the GRE, and more. I've utilized all of the aforementioned services from him with complete satisfaction! Dr. W has provided me with a relationship and weekly time and space that helps me improve my personal and work life for the last 2+ years.
Dr. Winarick is very easy to talk to, efficient, professional, and listens carefully to the patient before providing a course of treatment. I highly recommend him!
