Well, Victor was the person that assisted to me before the Dr. Victor is a wonderful person, very clear, neat and with a lot ethic, but the Dr. Abrams really, honestly I do not like. He doesnt let me explain howI feel, he never talk with me about my situation, was rush. I do not recommend because I did not tell them that Im a nurse, and I know how how the staff has to treat the patient include the MD. I appreciate everything from the front desk and Victor. The girls that make the check out are not polite neither. Be careful with that.

Dr was good but I don't agree with intake person Amy . I had to point out that she was raising her voice to me about letters I could see clearly . I made her aware that I was a grownadult and not a Child . She apologized but I felt bad already and this made it worse . No manager to share this with . Also your front desk at other location was rude and unfriendly Why ?

Very courteous and really took care ofthe patient right away. Showed where the bathrooms and water fountains were and waiting area was clean and not cluttered. They answered all questions and I was very pleased. Thank you again Dr. Abrams.
