the facility was clean and the staff were nice. The actual Dr. was not very easy to talk to. He was quick but he did his job... However, i felt that he should have taken more time with my checkup. He took less than 5 minutes with me. He asked a few questions then looked at my eyes and zap... you're done. I asked a few questions and he said... You're good to go.

They are good with their process, but lack people skills...
The doctor spent very little time with me, possibly three minutes to look in each eye, make some quick comments to the med student who joined him, and dismiss me with very little information. I had chosen to see him due to a specific concern that he basically discounted as if I wasted his time. I attempted to engage in a dialogue about it, but rather than sharing the expertise I sought from him, I was ushered out the door quickly. I coincidentally saw the doctor and the med student in the parking lot as I left. My impression was that my appointment was in the way of his lunch.
I went into check my right eye because it was irritated and extremely watery with mucous. I've never had this type of issue before. I wasn't seen until an hour after my appointment time. I felt like I was there for an eye exam instead of an eye infection. They did a reading exam and dilated my eyes...twice to make them go quicker! I questioned why I needed it but if it helped find what is wrong with my eye I said ok. After all that finally see the doctor for a total of 5mins, if that, for him to tell me to use over the counter drops, which I already have. What person doesn't try that 1st before spending to see a doctor! Absolutely ridiculous! Now, I can't see very well and they said the dilated effect would be 4-6hrs! I left there so frustrated and still with a possible eye infection. I'm at a loss of what to do next about my eye as they didn't even try to help.
He did not greet or even introduce himself. The most unpleasant provider that I have ever seen..ever.He seemed to be mad, spoke very harshly and asked me why I didn't go somewhere else. He looked at my eye for less than 15 seconds and said there was nothing wrong. I left message for the administrator..a Mr Bueno..have yet to get a call back.
What stood out was how rude he was, my daughter took me to this appointment the doctor did not move from his chair stared completely at the computer. He made no eye contact or small conversation he said while staring at his computer I'm Dr. Abram. He then scooted over checked my eyes and said no 1 no2 which at this time one of the young ladies entered this into the computer and said we'll see you in 2 years. So previous to going into this room where my eyes were dilated the doctor did not do the proper examination one of the young ladies did. I'm not sure if this is allowed or standard practice. My daughter uses glasses as well and the doctor has always done the examination and dilation. So my daughter will not bring me back here

Dr. Abrams was very rude and short during my visit. Two minutes prior to entering the room another patient complained about the wait time to a nurse and I believe Dr. Abrams may have thought I had been the one to make the complaint. Either way his lack of empathy, one worded answers, and lack of explanation to how he came up with his finding was very unprofessional. Even if he was correct in his evaluation his behavior brings up a lack of trust and I will definitely get a second opinion elsewhere and will not be going back.

Doctor was overbooked and seemed stressed
Dr Abrams while he was courteous, he did not allow for me to further explain my symptoms. He cut me off on a couple of instances, appeared distracted and more interested in documenting notes. I will not go back to this doctor for my eyes.

Waiting room was too crowded with at least 40 patients waiting to be seen. Was told 4 Drs seeing patients that day but waiting room was not acceptable for COVID protocol. Many patients had been waiting 45 min from their appt time I recommend they space out the appt times n have minimum of 4 patients in waiting room n 4 patients in back being seen. Too much like hurry up n be seen. Can’t diagnose or help patients that way

Dr. Abrams was good at explaining my situation but did not give a prognosis that I was happy with. It is all related to my age.
Verified patient
Good Experience, would see this Doc again.

The person that signed me in was very friendly. Stephanie, the dr asst was very thorough and explained everything she was doing. Dr Abrams was pleasant. He welcomed me and escorted me to the exam room, but all conversation was strictly business, and he did not walk me back out. I was referred by my optometrist so I have to trust that he was thorough.
Very quick, very professional

Well, Victor was the person that assisted to me before the Dr. Victor is a wonderful person, very clear, neat and with a lot ethic, but the Dr. Abrams really, honestly I do not like. He doesnt let me explain how I feel, he never talk with me about my situation, was rush. I do not recommend because I did not tell them that Im a nurse, and I know how how the staff has to treat the patient include the MD. I appreciate everything from the front desk and Victor. The girls that make the check out are not polite neither. Be careful with that.
This place really takes care and everyone is concerned and more than willing to answer any and all questions that as a patient you may have. I am very hearing impaired and all that were involved in my appointment were patient and more than willing to answer any questions that I had. Thank YOU ALL. Everyone of you made it a great experience!
