My experience during my appointment with Dr Reyna was went very well. Appreciated his professional bedside manner.. Will recommend him.

Although the initial wait for exam and seeing the Dr. seemed fairly long, to me it was understandable due to the number of patients seeking treatment. In order for Dr. Reyna and his assistants to provide the best possible care, each patient and each case requires time, details and attention. When it comes to one's personal health and especially things as important as eyesight, to me, the wait time was/is secondary.

The actual time I spent with a tech or Dr. Reyna was good. They were informative, answered all my questions well. I would return to this practice to see them. However I only spent about 30 minutes of the little over 2 hours I was there receiving care. The remains hour and a half I was waiting in the front waiting room, back waiting room or in an exam room. I asked the front desk person if it was normal for them to have such a long wait time even for one of the first appointments of the day and she said "Well when you're a new patient it takes longer." I asked why would being a new patient mean I would need to spend more time sitting the waiting room than an established patient? She said "oh...I don't know why you waited so long. You shouldn't have waited so long." but did not seem to be particularly concerned or interested in how long I waited or in finding out why it happened so that it wouldn't happen again to someone else which makes me not want to return to this practice.
Great Doctor. Very friendly! Highly recommended
Dr. Reyna is absolutely sweet, caring, and kind! I was so scared about my eyes and he took his time to thoroughly examine them and explained everything to me. He is highly intelligent in eye care. I will continue to see him for my continued eye care. He is a blessing!
