If you’re there for an in and out procedure with no time to spare, this is the place. If you’re looking for a more personal conversation about your skin issues let them know in advance. It seems their schedule is incredibly tight. I was there for a total of 15 minutes for a cystic draining and cortisone shot. That’s pretty darn fast, remarkable even but I did have another skin issue I would have like to talk more about and I didn’t get the chance to. Overall he is a skilled professional , just needs to slow it down a bit. Make it little more personable.

Dr. Berman was very professional and showed empathy towards what I was going through. I've visited several dermatologists, and he was a doctor who actually came in, looked carefully, and explained very thoroughly by himself without being rushed.

Very quick to make an examination of different moles and yearly examination for skin cancer. Also was very dismissive of my concerns regarding a rash and itch. He seemed rushed and unconcerned. The whole transaction made me feel like it was more of a factory churning patients, than a sympathetic doctor's office.

Not sure I actually saw Dr. Berman, it might have been someone under his supervision. The guy was really cool and helpful, but to be honest his manner of speaking made me slightly uncomfortable, like there was something terrible wrong with me. I feel that a doctor should be able to behave in such a way to make you feel like everything’s going to be okay. Anyways, it wasn’t that big of a deal and overall I would still recommend this office and this doctor.

Dr. Berman convienced me to do Juvuderm injection in the under eye area which caused permanent inflammation. When I came to him with this problem he said that it was not his fault it's just a coincidence. It' s very irresponsible for the doctor to not admit that he did something wrong and to refuse help.

The doctor didn't take the time to listen to what I had and my history with it
Finally, during my appointment, the doctor told me that he would give 2 different types of cream. When I arrived to get my prescription, only one was there, and I had to call the office to ask for the second one. At that time, they told me that I should use only one type of cream for both uses, zero credibility

Just as others have commented, Dr Berman is extremely brisk. You can look at it both ways, some may say that he's not attentive enough and isn't listening to what you have to say, but others may find him extremely efficient. I fall into the latter category so I would definitely come back again if I ever need to. I am extremely busy so I appreciate that he can diagnose my issues within 2 minutes and I'm out. The lady who was helping him out was extremely nice too.
