Went in for guidance, provider was late and rushed - barely spent time and couldn't wait to hop to next appointment. More interested in folks who are coming in for expensive procedures.
My appointment was a routine skin care update because of my health issues. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. I’m very pleased with the doctor I saw today, Emma Taylor, MD. She is new to me.
Dr. Taylor was knowledgeable and professional, and was kind enough to review and provide her medical perspective on some blood panel results I shared, even though they were unrelated to matters of the skin. She was quick and efficient but did not make me feel rushed, and after every question and after the skin check she asked if I had any more questions.

Doctor was lovely. Seemed thorough, knowledgeable, will choose her again. The tablet check-in was tedious and annoying, without options.

I went to Doctor Taylor for my annual skin screening. She was friendly and very thorough, and made the experience of removing a mole as painless as possible. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Taylor was thorough, professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. I will go back and refer her to others.

Dr. Taylor had great bedside manner - I felt confident with her performing an excision for a moderately abnormal biopsy. Would recommend her to friends. Only area for improvement would be post-procedure follow up - documenting do's and don'ts for both short term and long term scar healing would be helpful.
I went in for a standard skin check and was advised that the doctor wanted to take a biopsy that they said would be "like a small nick when you cut yourself shaving". When I got home, the mole that was previously there was completely carved out out of my skin. Additionally, I was told that they would be sending out the sample for lab results to ensure everything was normal. I never got a follow up call regarding the lab results. For something important enough to leave me with a large scar, I am surprised that I wasn't given a call to at least let me know that the test results were fine.
She was very helpful and knowledgable.

Dr. Taylor is a unique genius. She understands what is needed with minimal effort and is loving and kind in ways most doctors never come close to. I feel deeply grateful for the brief time we spend together. The beauty of her practice is so much more than skin deep :-).
Verified patient
She is very professional and kind woman.

This was my first interaction with a dermatologist. Dr. Emma Taylor was very professional. She was attentive and allowed me the chance to explain my skin problem, for every problem she provided three solutions. She gives you the option based on effects of the method on your skin type (ie-skin with more melanin) to determine which approach you will like to administer. Will definitely be back for a follow-up and have recommended her to my colleagues.

Efficient and straightforward!
Highly professional and efficient with a great bedside manner. Know her stuff really well and helpful about skin concerns. Note: She is best for 'real' dermatology problems if looking for more beauty-focused laser stuff, one of the other clinicians here specializes in that.
Great visit with Dr. Taylor. The appointment started on time. During my visit she was patient and answered all of my questions. I didn't feel rushed like I have with some other dermatologists.
