Great experience, it’s my first pregnancy and everyone made me feel welcomed and safe. I don’t have insurance yet and Doctor understood, and helped me out by just booking another appointment until later to get my lab tests and ultrasound in few weeks so I can have time to get insurance and not pay a lot out of my pocket. Loved it here!

I had an appointment for 830 but wasn’t seen until 35 mins later. People that came in after me were being seen before I was. Dr Chisholm and his assistant were great and listened to my every concern.

Dr. David Chisholm was born and raised in Illinois and moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 1986. He attended Arizona State University and received a bachelor in Psychology. Dr. Chisholm attended Midwestern University and graduated in 2001. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Illinois and University of Arizona.
He joined Park Avenue OB/GYN in October 2007 and is board certified. He is married and has two young children. His interests include fishing, golf and camping with his family.
Dr. Chisholm has special interests in providing women the care they need throughout their lives, both in childbearing as well, routine Health checkups and annual exams. He is also interested in helping women live their lives to their full potential, and offers VOTIVA, a novel, non-surgical intervention for their sexual well-being.
