“I liked the doctor! I had to wait a long time to check out. They waited on 4 people ahead of us. Which made no sense! We waited where it said to check out. Then four people went around to the front desk and she checked them out first. She could see that I was waiting and she just said I’ll be with you in a few minutes. When she finally checked me out she said she was sorry for the wait! I didn’t say anything! It was too late then!”

I never even saw the doctor I booked for the appointment. I only saw her PA and a midwife. They were both lovely people; helpful, kind, considerate, intelligent and compassionate, and I wouldn't hesitate to see either of them again. However, when you book an appointment with a doctor, you kind of expect to see a doctor. This is becoming more and more prevalent these days. I guarantee I'm being charged to see a doctor, not an assistant.

Dr. Hernadez was amazing, polite, and knowledgeable. The office was clean. The lab tech was wonderful, as she made you feel comfortable and safe before drawing your blood (hahaha, we all know how that can be and how it feels). The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was primarily due to the front desk. On my second visit for the lab workup, one of the young ladies at the front desk instructed me to sign in for the lab technician (no one was on the list above, and I was the first to sign in & it was about 10:50 am). She told me someone would be up shortly. Exactly 30 minutes passed (my max time limit). And when I went up to the counter, where there was another lady, I told her I'd been waiting. I saw her press a button, and then, boom, the lab tech came up. So, I'm assuming the initial young lady did not do her job, which was frustrating, especially since they weren't busy. However, Dr. Hernandez was great again!

This was my first appointment with Dr Hernandez and I couldn’t have been happier with her! She was extremely sweet, very kind and made me feel comfortable. She was knowledgeable about what I came in for and I feel confident moving forward. It’s hard finding a good doctor that is smart and personal! Highly recommend to anyone who wants a doctor that will make you comfortable and feels personable. My ultrasound tech was incredible as well, I wish I remembered her name, everyone in the back office was super sweet and knew what they were talking about. Overall, great office.

The clinic was disorganized. At check-in, I wasn’t acknowledged for 6-7 minutes. The rep available was instead doing something else on her computer and didn’t look up or say, “I’ll be with you.” 30 minutes go by, 45 minutes go by. At 45 min, I asked for an update on when I’ll be taken back. Their response was, “Once we verify your insurance.” At an hour, I go up again. Different rep than previously (there’s two at the front), who apologized I’d been waiting and said she’ll see what is going on.
About five minutes later, I get taken to a room, where the rep (who I think is a CMA) said that the MD I was scheduled with “stepped out for a bit and you’ll be seen by a midwife.”
The MD I was scheduled with comes in, says was at hospital, and starts asking me questions she’s writing on a blank piece of paper. My intake form had same info and she didn’t have or look at. The kicker was in the middle of my appt when I’m in stirrups (pap smear), someone tries to come in without knocking.

Personally, I am very impressed with the care I've received. Each visit I've attended has been nothing but wonderful. Dr. Hernandez is very thorough & makes sure to address all concerns. Each previous visit makes me look forward to future visits.
