Dr. Friedman was excellent, I really like his bedside manner and he was able to answer all my questions. I feel very comfortable with him and would highly recommend him to anybody who is looking for a reliable and professional OB/GYN.
His staff does need to improve a bit. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and filled out all the forms and gave out my insurance info. I checked back in 15 minutes later and the staff told me I am next. Another 45 mins, I was told that I never “checked in”. I don’t know what happened and it was frustrating bc it ended up screwing with the rest of my schedule of the day.
