About Dr. Oluchi Nwosu
Pure OBGYN is affiliated with Mount Sinai West and NYU Langone.
Dr. Nwosu joins the Pure OBGYN team following completion of her residency training. Born in California and raised in the Midwest, Dr. Nwosu brings a broad and inclusive perspective to patient care. She completed her undergraduate studies at Northwestern University before earning a master’s in pharmacology and her medical degree from Tulane School of Medicine in New Orleans.
She completed her residency training at The Ohio State University, a high-volume academic program for both obstetrics and gynecology. Here, she skills in minimally invasive surgery and is proficient with the DaVinci robot for more complex cases. Her clinical interests also include high-risk obstetric care and family planning and above all – maintaining a compassionate and patient-centered approach to providing evidence-based care. Dr. Nwosu is excited to join the team at Pure OBGYN and looks forward to supporting patients through all stages of life with personalized, high-quality care.
