Dr. David Michael has a passion for working with people in outpatient psychiatric management, medication management and psychotherapy. He believes in using a combined and comprehensive approach to mental health treatment which includes not only medication management, but also examining how general physical health, internal thoughts and perceptions, along with social factors combine to create an overall picture and understanding of the patient.
Dr. Michael strives to provide a personal and compassionate atmosphere in which these issues can be explored and to provide an environment in which each person can grow and achieve their own, personal goals.
Dr. Michael completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Dr. Michael completed his medical school training at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and his psychiatry residency at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, where he served as Chief Resident during his last year.
