Horrible long wait time in an ice cold room. I can hear the doctor talking to the patient in the next door office about nonsense while I’m waiting in the room next door for over two hours!!

Dr. Shein has been awesome so far, the nurses at the office are wonderful and informative. Reception can come off cold but they’re friendly. Older building but clean rooms, very minimalistic. Dr gets straight down to business and is very well versed. Highly recommend! By 1 pm next day, I received a few follow up phone calls letting me know of my follow up appointments, new information, and ensuring any of my concerns or questions addressed. Definitely worth the wait.
