There was a slight mixup in my appointment schedule and right away Dr. Suesserman rectified it, assured me of absolutely no wait time (which was true). He was quite accomadating to my feelings and set me at ease by the time I met his office manager. The staff I must say was so professional, from the ladies at the front, to the most amazing and professional X-ray Technician, Mr. Coleman.
I was in and out with a smile on my face, and I am most definitely recommending this practice.

Dr Suesserman is the first chiropractor I have seen. I was extremely satisfied with my experience. His staff are all very nice and I hardly waited at all to see the doctor. He gave me a lot of good information about the possiblities of my injury and made me feel like I was in the right hands to get better.

This was my first time to a chiropractor, and I was very impressed by the treatment Dr. Suesserman gave. He was very attentive to my concerns before treating me, and addressed and answered every question I had. It's still early in my treatment so we'll see how that goes, but so far I'm very happy with my choice. My ONLY complaint would be about the office space itself. There is little privacy in the area where treatment given; last time I was there I received treatment with another patient sitting inches away from me. This is not Dr. Suesserman's fault, however. I will be back, and I will recommend the doc to others.

Dr Suesserman is personable and was respectful to any specific requests I had. He used laser technology which was not used previously; my neck had no pain after the visit, which was fantastic. His front office team was very polite and efficient.
