I have been seeing Dr. Ulaszek since 2010 and have always been
more than satisfied with the treatment I received from him and the staff in his office. He is very easy to talk to and he seems to really care about the patient. I'm glad he is my doctor.

First time seeing Dr. Ulaszek and I have to say that I will be going back to him. Really sweet, down to earth doctor. He took his time to listen to me and what was going on with me. I didn't feel rushed to explain everything that I was going in for. The front staff and his nurse were all really good.

I really like that he was very interested in my visit to see him today. I received all my referral for my OBGYN and dermatologist. I was scheduled for all my appointments and follow up with Dr. Ulaszek. I was very satisfied with my new PCP getting to know me and his plans for his new clients. This was really an experience I have never experience before. I am thrilled about my future with Dr. Ulaszek as I maintain good health. Great MD.
