I loved Dr. Ferrera. The staff was friendly, I came in early and was seen before my appointment time. The doctor actually took her time with me and listened to all of my concerns. The office was clean and modern. Best healthcare experience I have had! Thank you.

The location was a bit congested but there is garage parking & they validate it. The woman at the front office was very pleasant, soft spoken, calm, clear, nice, explained well the documents I was signing. After checking in they called my name pretty soon & the woman that took my vitals/ info was also very kind, calm, clear, & patient. The office was clean & modern & they explained everything that was going on. Then the doctor came in, quick wait time, she asked a series of questions, did the physical check & recommended lab work & explained how to access my info. Dr visits can be a bit intimidating but I felt very comfortable & well taken care of.

Dr Ferrera is excellent. Although her day is filled with appointments she excels at making me feel as though I am the only thing that matters when we are together. He questions are thorough and she is concerned about the whole person.
