I loved Dr. Figlo! I was seen quickly and the office was super clean. She gave me great advice and when other doctors have told me that only surgery could fix my foot, she helped me find other ways to treat it without surgery so that I could still have full movement! Her bedside manner was amazing, and she was so kind and friendly.

Very friendly but waste of my time and money. She called to tell me the result of my MRI and asked me to make an appointment to get a shot or she could wrap my foot. I was sitting there and she told me exactly the same thing that she did on the phone. I left with nothing. Except... Had to pay my copayment. My foot has been hurting over a year. I saw her in May and it's mid august now....still my foot is not well. Regret going to her.
Also I am still waiting for the $200 deposit I made for my orthotics.
Very disappointed in many ways.

Super nice person and in my opinion a very good doctor. She knew the answer to my problem and offered options for treatment. I filled out the forms on line but had to redo at the office?? Waiting time was long but most of that attributal to redoing the intake forms. Office staff was nice and I will return in the future for any foot problems

Her office is clean and organized. Her staff is kind and respectful. I did have to wait a few extra minutes, but the staff continually apologized for the issues they were having that day. Having a really hard time writing a good review. I saw Dr. Figlo in December and had a great experience... pleasant, intuitive, and was really helpful. we did scans for custom orthodics and after figuring out my insurance didnt cover I sitll decided to pay in full for them. However, it has been two and a half months and I dont have them yet (it was supposed to take a week or two) I called 5 times since then.. left one message and the other 4 I was told I would get a call back. NOT A SINGLE CALL OR EXPLANATION. I finally asked for my money back and the accounting dept said they didnt even have a record of me. This is getting absurd and not the way you treat a patient, so I can't see how I would recommend to anyone...

Dr. Figlo is truly amazing! She is friendly, compassionate and very knowledgeable. She took the time to ask me questions/answer mine and went over all of my options with me in detail. I was the last appointment of the day and did not feel rushed one bit. You can tell she really cares about her patients. I highly recommend her and I only wish more doctors were like her!

Dr. Figlo was excellent! She was thorough, professional and most importantly, knowledgeable. She made me feel at ease, didn't rush through my appointment, and answered ALL my questions. If only my Ob/Gyn were like Dr. Figlo! The office staff was extremely pleasant as well, and there was hardly any wait time. I have no reservations about having her perform surgery and would definitely recommend her.

I'm pretty used to the "sales" angle that most doctors in NYC employ, so it didn't bother me so much that I felt like I was being pitched on unnecessary services. What really did bother me was that I specifically went to Dr. FIglo to diagnose a problem with my foot I've had for a while now, and months later(3 months), I still haven't heard the results, despite the fact that I've already had to pay for the test results! At first I got no answer to my phone inquiries, then her office called to say they were sorry, tests can take a long time. How can they not have the results if I am being billed already? The whole thing is really frustrating. I also think the doctor's office should contact me more proactively to explain the inconvenience rather than causing me further hassle.

Professional service from the front door on. Dr. Figlo is warm, welcoming, smart and easy on the eyes. She gave me a thorough consultation by taking the time (I was the last patient of the evening) to hear my concerns. Dr. Figlo gave me several medical options ranging from the standard to the most modern, which I particularly appreciated. Over all excellent bedside manner.
