About Dr. Uzma Azfar
My office is committed to providing you with a superior level of care in a friendly and personalized environment. My practice is dedicated to delivering quality healthcare to my patients in pleasant surroundings within a state-of-the-art facility. I am proud of the relationships I have established with my patients and am especially honored that many have referred their friends and relatives to my office. I am focused on maintaining your trust and confidence and look forward to establishing lasting relationships with every patient I meet.
Dr. Uzma Azfar treats patients in the Queens and western Long Island areas. My offices are located in Hicksville, Bellrose, and Richmond Hill. My two Long Island offices are conveniently near Bethpage, East Meadow, Levittown, Jericho, Syosset, Plainview, Westbury, New Cassel, and Plainedge.
I hold myself to an extremely high level of excellence in every aspect of my practice. This includes the care I provide, the equipment I use, the health and safety protocols I follow, and the incidental services I offer. Above all, my aim is to provide each patient with an optimal experience.
I have completed extensive education and clinical training, including earning my Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from New York College of Podiatric Medicine and my Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from Hamdard College of Medicine & Dentistry. Driven to constantly improve my knowledge, I frequently attend educational conferences and professional society meetings to learn about the latest advancements in the field and offer these techniques and technologies to my patients.
I strongly believe that patient education is an important part of the services I provide. In addition to discussing conditions and treatments during exams and throughout treatment regimens, I provide extensive information on the conditions, treatments, and procedures related to your care.

After years of trying to solve my foot issue with other Doctors, Dr. Uzma has solved my foot issues. As a flat footer and always having rotating pain on both feet, she provided nothing but EXCELLENCE. She is kind, caring, knowledgeable and a master of her craft. I highly recommend!!!!!
