Absolutely excellent experience with Dr. Longwill. She, and her PA (whose name I didn't catch! sorry) were so attentive, kind, communicative and responsive. I felt seen and understood, and was given all the details about my treatment plan both verbally and in well-written notes. They spent a great deal of time with me and made me feel like a human — so unlike many of the doctor's offices I'm used to! I also appreciated the kind and efficient front desk.
I am so pleased with this experience and look forward to continuing my care with Dr. Longwill's office.

Dr. Longwill is the the only dermatologist in my 26 years of suffering from hormonal acne to request bloodwork before prescribing an oral treatment. She clearly knows her craft and is focused on not only addressing the symptoms but more importantly, the root cause. I highly recommend her. She took the time to listen and address my concerns and did not merely write a script and leave within 5 minutes as most have done.

In private practice since 1992, Dr. Deborah Longwill has developed a loyal patient following due to her holistic approach which involves listening to patients, explaining treatment options and developing short and long-term treatment programs, tailored to each patient’s unique skincare needs.
Dr. Longwill was one of the first dermatologists in Miami to use lasers for skin rejuvenation and perform tumescent liposuction, an advanced body contouring method. Recently, she has spearheaded the use of dermal fillers to produce natural-looking, non-surgical facelifts.
As a doctor of osteopathy, Dr. Longwill is trained to consider all aspects of your physical and emotional condition before making a diagnosis. She understands the importance of focusing on the entire individual, not just the skin.

Everyone on staff was extremely nice and it looked like everyone was doing their best to get patients in to see the doctor, as opposed to some offices where you could decompose in the waiting room and nobody would notice. The doctor was excellent in attitude (patient, listens, willing to answer questions, friendly), knowledge (I was very confident she knew what she was talking about), and performance (fast and painless). I would totally recommend the doctor and her team to anyone.
