It was a great visit, felt real comfortable during exam. Debra Bourdeau explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions willfully. The front staff, sorry i do not remember names, were friendly, patient and helpful as i picked out my new glasses. They alos were very professional and where able to answer all of my questions. No pressure what so ever to buy anything. Great place to go..

It was frustrating as we were not explained about the tests which the doctor was going to do. Whenever we inquired about insurance co pay and medical cost they gave us insulting looks. The doctor did not get my consent or explain to me what test she was doing and why. After the test she did not tell me about my vision health, did not provide prescription. They said co pay amount only i have to pay but later made me pay high, saying she has done some more tests. I was shocked as i did not know those test were done. It was like hidden charges , misguiding patients to bill more money. Please be careful with these kind of doctors and vision center. They are creating bad impression about the highly regarded divine medical profession. I usually think doctors as Angels who save life and respect them a lot. But few people like this are also there. So beware !!
