“I moved to Michigan almost 2 years ago and I’m so upset that I didn’t find this office sooner. The same way customers feel about leaving the lot in a new car, feeling amazing, that’s how I felt leaving Dr.Mallah’s office at RxOptical! The staff was super friendly, and intentional with each patient. Dr. Omar made me feel like I was the only patient in the office and made me feel confident about my decisions once I left. It felt like I’ve been there plenty of times. The manager, Jillian amazing!! She was was kind, thorough, and patient with me when it came down to checking out and having a summary of appointment. Monroe, a professional tech there, was also amazing and made me extremely comfortable throughout the examining process. 11/10 experience! This is my new eye doctor office! Thank you Dr.Omar and staff!”

Doctor Omar is A good listener, focused on my needs, display all factors gave me the good news, assisted and answered all of my questions.
The doctor is friendly and have worked with Diabetic Patients for few years.
I would recommend him to all my family members.

Staff is very friendly, all procedures were explained to me prior to doing any of them. I was made aware up front what would and would not be covered under my insurance which was very helpful. Dr. Mallah was very open and understanding about my personal needs. Dr.Mallah answered all of my questions with openness and honesty. I had a very positive experience.
