Office was a little tricky to find but a quick call to the receptionist Mia sorted it out. Staff was nice and efficient. Was brought into the room right away but had to wait 30 min for Dr. Dr was great when with me. Thorough and helpful.

The staff were extremely courteous, attentive, and efficient. I was greeted immediately and paperwork was done in a flash (since they had thought ahead and had sent it to me electronically beforehand). I think I hardly waited two minutes in the waiting room before being whisked off to be weighed, BP taken, and other check-ins done. Then, Dr. Hardy-Cartwright went over my medical history and answered all of my questions thoroughly and without rushing me. I appreciated feeling like her patient, and not just a number, as I have in other offices. It was a refreshing and welcoming experience to be treated with such care and concern. Highly recommend Dr. Hardy-Cartwright and her exceptional staff!

She has achieved and maintained active Board Certification from the American College of OBGYN since 1989. She completed her medical education at Howard University College of Medicine. Before attending medical school, Dr. Hardy-Cartwright earned a BA degree in Biology from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA. She has a professional interest in obstetrics, minimally invasive surgery and hysterectomy alternatives.
Dr. Hardy-Cartwright resides in Annapolis with her husband and has raised two daughters here. She has continued to enjoy the opportunity to provide compassionate and quality care to her beloved community for over 25 years.
