Dr. Deepak is amazing in every way. My first visit to his office was back in 2015, immediately I fell in love with his mannerism and professionalism. His gracious hospitality and admirable personality does come with a cost and that is.. the wait time. He's extremely caring and unlike other doctors that are quick to write a prescription, he sits with you and assesses the root of your issue. I am extremely pleased with the service I've received. Additionally, I've recommended him to my entire family (currently, he's our family doctor) and a few friends.

The best experience I've had with a primary care doctor. He explained everything clearly and he really cared about my issues. I am not a huge fan of going to the doctor, but I felt extremely comfortable with him. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

So I really like Dr Ramanathan... he really takes time to listen and to explain what is going on with you. He's great!
However, his office is extremely unprofessional and don't seem to know what they are doing. It's unfortunate because they are very nice people.
Also, the doctor isn't always in the office, sometimes leaves for a week at a time which makes it very difficult to deal with ongoing issues.

Dr. Ramanathan is a good doctor but the waiting time for each visit is 2-2.5 hours long before you can see him. This is unacceptable for patient care and poor service.

Dr. Deepak is very easy to talk to, he listens to all your concerns, addresses any questions you have about your health and spent a great deal of time getting to know you. He treats you a whole.

The wait was long, but the visit was worth it. Dr. Ramanathan took the time to get to know me and give me a very in depth explanation of my issue. Also, I have difficult veins but they took three vials of blood with absolutely no pain or fuss, not even a bruise. Bring exact change for your co pay, part of the reason things took so long in the waiting room was that I had to run out to get cash and then change for the $20 I withdrew.

THE BEST OF THE BEST!!! Seriously, I have never ever had a doctor who genuinely cares for my well-being as much as Dr. Deepak. He will sit with you and make sure he understands the problems. He will NOT give you a prescription right away, expect deep conversation. He is an amazing person and doctor, you won't regret seeing him.

Changing to a new PCP can be a little stressful. Dr Ramanathan made it much easier by simply showing his concern for me as opposed to just asking generic questions. It would appear that he has a genuine concern for his patients.

Dr. Ramanathan was attentive and efficient. He was concerned about my needs and tried to tackle the problem at hand. He asked about my history and tried to find solutions and preventive methods for my health concerns. Most primary care physicians don't take the time out to know patients but he did. Highly recommend him!!
