Received some much needed encouragement from Cindy RN As well as dr. Bley. Always professional and caring. I didn't think I would be able to find a clinic in PDX that I liked as much in Jaxksonville. We only had two doctors in 42 years there. I hope i am around for at least twenty more at Hollywood. Thank yOu.

Dr. Bley has insight of health issues that are unbelievable. His focus is a healthy patient. He doesn't just write a prescription he first explains his diagnosis and how I could help with my own wellness. He has given me homework for two weeks then come back and analyze exactly how we should continue getting my health under control. Besides that he is a very nice man.

Doctor has the DO approach which basically means a lot of paternalism and lifestyle advice. As a thinking person I found this approach to be heavy handed - I have no use for this type of service.

First and foremost I think Dr. Bley is a great person. When it came to his ability to listen to me he seemed to be tired or irritable. I went in to receive a renewal of a prescription I've been on for quite some time (with documented medical records in hand). He accused me of being "sketchy" and lieing about the dosage of my medication which was very unsettling. I told him straightforwardly you must have misheard me or misunderstood to which he responded "absolutely not". For a man with such an agreeable demeanor it seemed quite odd. I'll be seeking an alternate physician - one that doesn't accuse me of lieing about my medications, especially when I have the evidence right in front of me. ... As much as I thought I liked this individual his abilities as a physician seemed challenged by his mood. I don't recommend him.

I waited about 45 min. It appeared that there was an emergency going on. I saw dr bley for about 10 min and then was interrupted by a phone call. I left feeling like I was not a priority and still am confused about the issue I was having. I was not given any sort of treatment plan and feel like I wasted my time and money. This is not the norm for this Doc but I still feel like given the circumstances someone should have followed up with me since I was rushed out the door to see if I had all of my concerns addressed.

You should not be evaluating your professional staff on line. The man is a highly qualified professional and any complaints about him should be private matters between whoever has an issue and your administrative staff. Rating people on line posts a result before the individual who is being rated has an opportunity to rectify the situation. It amounts to a popularity contest that can affect his career,and could be construed as slanderous. Much more helpful would be a critique of administrative policy of how your operation runs.

This is the second time I have had to see him because my doctor was unavailable. Each time it has been amazing! Both Doctor Dennis and Nurse Terra went out of their way to accommodate me. My situation was of a personal nature, but not once during my visit was I the least bit uncomfortable. Loved them both!!!!!!!!
