In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
A primary care provider should provide treatment plans that focus on mind, body, and spirit and are individualized for each patient.
Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
In my free time, I enjoy playing the piano, singing karaoke, playing golf, and walking my doodles.

They didn't even contact me for my appointment or anything. They didn't notify me of anything. An i bet they going to charge me i was ready for my appointment but they never showed up or let me know they canceled my appointment..

Very easy to schedule. My first appointment I had an issue with the circle app and could not join the appointment. A member of Circle contacted me and arranged a new appointment with the same provider really easily. The doctor was very personable and knowledgeable. She asked clarifying questions and was very direct about care with options. Super helpful!
