I was lost at first and late at that point. I called and Ms. Outlaw politely guided me to the office and I was seen right away. She was welcoming, patient and listened to the patient. Bedside manner and genuine concern is missing in medical care today. Thank you!!

She was very nice and a great listener, she heard all of my problems and took care of them. I am new to the area, and was very iffy on getting a new PCP. However, she made it so easy for me!

Provider was no help. Scheduled her for a specific visit which she knew what the visit was for and she tried to refer me instead of helping me. People were in the background talking as if they could hear information that was supposed to be private also someone walked in and she had to end the visit to speak to them.
