Our bilingual (Spanish/English) practice treats people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, socioeconomic statuses, races, sexual orientations, and gender identities. Our expertise includes the treatment of major depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, psychotic spectrum disorders, as well as attention and concentration issues (ADHD). We aim to improve the well-being of our clients by providing the most advanced, compassionate, and evidence-based mental healthcare. We offer a full continuum of psychiatric and addiction services online, at your convenience.
Mental illness can be very debilitating, isolating, and lonely. Many people often suffer in silence because they fear being stigmatized. We understand your pain, fears, sadness, tears, worry, and anxiety and would like to help you. You don't have to suffer alone anymore; we will work together to carefully understand your unique struggles.
I hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Alabama, which informs my approach to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Our practice is 100% remote.
We do not offer any in-person services at this time.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We strive to give all of our clients the individual care and attention they require.
Our entire team of providers and staff, all have multiple years of experience in Mental Health Care. Getting help should be easy and not cause additional stress. We are here for you!
Please note our preferred method of communication is via TEXT MESSAGE. We have multiple staff members readily available to answer any text messages within 10min or less. By scheduling an appointment with our office you agree to the SMS Text notification.
