Dr Sun thoroughly interviewed me and performed and interpreted the tests to determine the extent of carpal tunnel and ulnar nerve issues. He suggested a wrist splint and follow up in 3 weeks which I believe is the most conservative approach and seems like a good way to begin treatment.

He is the Co-Chairman of the National Republican-Medical Advisory. He has been selected as the Top American Physician by Guide to Top America’s Physician for the past five years. He is the founder of SinoUnited Health, an international standard medical center focusing on neurology and rehabilitation medicine in Shanghai, China.
Dr. Dexter Sun has been practicing neurology in New York City for the past 14 years. Dr. Sun consults with patients not only from the New York City Metropolitan Area, but also patients from other states for second opinion. In addition, patients come to see Dr. Sun from all over the world. Dr. Sun's exceptional medical skill, experience and care give him a great reputation in the medical community.
Dr. Sun entered the clinical field in 1993, completing his neurology residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital, Cornell University Medical Center and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. He also obtained a Ph.D. degree of molecular neurobiology at University of Wisconsin-Madison and post-doctoral fellowship at Rockefeller University. He was a clinical fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School. Fourteen years ago, he joined the clinical faculty and is a Clinical Associate Professor of Neurology and Neuroscience at Cornell University Weill Medical College. My first visit was fantastic and I look forward to going again. The office was extremely clean and contained all of the latest technology. The staff was efficient and friendly. Fast-moving/talking/thinking, Dr. Sun is impressed with his own credentials - he mentioned Mass general 3 times during the visit - but is probably justified in his opinion.
He gave me ample time during the visit, explained things clearly, and seemed genuinely curious about my case. Can't ask for much more.
