The reception staff was least welcoming and very cold. My appointment was at 3 30 but I reached 20 mins earlier to fill out my forms etc. Had to wait an extra 30-40 minutes for my appointment, around 4 10 I was finally called in. The doctor seemed to be in quite a rush and was least helpful. Did some very basic check up, didn’t discuss much about the issue I was having or why it happens.. triggers - nothing. I don’t think in that entire time I got a single smile from her. When you go to a doctor you look for someone warm and empathetic.. definitely didn’t get that here. In the end I was just prescribed a medicine for when my migraine occurs. Would most certainly not be going back to her.

I had to wait about 35 minutes, but the Dr. herself, was very kind and attentive.
She is excellent doctor! She listened my concerns and problems carefully, took notes. The paper in front of her was full of notes. She took her time to ask as many questions.. I did not feel rush at all so wait time can be 20-30 mins for next patient which is fine for neurologist. The receptionist Tanya is also very good at following up. She has a very nice personality as well. I will recommend her to my friends.
She is the type of doctor you want to help troubleshoot and calm your nerves, literally. She is compassionate, brilliant and is a true professional.

Dr. Dzhafarova was very thorough in my examination. She was very kind and asked many questions, at the same time, answered all of mine. I was also impressed with the waiting time, which there barely was.

The Doctor is nice , but the office is very disorganized. Be prepared to wait a long time . Also , I did so many tests and up to this point I haven’t received my results . I called and no one answered. I’m still having problems and feel sick but is like they forget about you. I think I will choose another neurologist.
She is amazing
She’s professional, thorough, and I would recommend her. She’s pretty on time, rarely have I waited. She’s helped me to alleviate my headaches, that have plagued me for years. You’re in and out, after her review. It may take some jostling of meds, but I was willing to give it a go, to alleviate these nagging pains in my head. I’m very happy with Dr. Dzhafarova as my neurologist.

The doctor was great! She was very kind and listened to the issues I was having and offered me keen solutions to things I didn’t think were issues. She looked at my medical history and went through everything very thoroughly. She even gave me a quick basic check up which was great because I haven’t had one for awhile. But the help staff at the front desk weren’t very helpful. I arrived early to make sure the paperwork was okay and it still took me over an hour to be seen. While other guests were questioning the wait time they were meet with rude responses. Overall if you have the time to wait I highly recommend the doctor herself.
She is wonderful. Professional,knowledgeable and she is my new neurologist. Oh and yes I live in Denver and she is most definitely worth the flight.

Dr. Dzhafarova is amazing and I can highly recommend her. She asked questions which were on point, listened to my answers very carefully and did not advise to make any extra services, tests or analyses which a lot of US doctors like to throw on you. She is very professional about her diagnosis and created great connection with me. The wait time took 30 min though, which is the only minus of my visit as the previous patient took longer time I guess.

Dr. Narmina was very attentive to my needs and completed a thorough exam. She answered all my questions and concerns with understanding and precision. She is kind and cares that her patients are being given the proper treatment plan that works best for them. Personally, she went out her way to stay an additional 1.5 hours while I was completing a test and made sure everything was running smoothly until the end. I highly recommend her!!

My initial interaction with Dr. Dzhafarova was thorough and informative but the follow up was terrible. The office cancelled twice on rather short notice -which was to be discussing test results. Finally had to do it on the phone- and that took some doing to schedule as well- It was brief and I do not feel I had a complete discussion. This is a dated review, I was there 15months ago. But I would not go back.

Dr. D was very thorough and is an excellent diagnostician. She took my situation very seriously yet injected light humor as appropriate (as a trip to the neuro can be a little scary). I have already referred her to a friend since my appointment this afternoon.

The wait time rating says "how long did you wait before being seen" and if I'm being honest it would be about 30 mins which would mean 4 stars but she definitely doesn't deserve her rating to go down for this and in no way was I upset about waiting. The only reason the wait time might be long is because she spends whatever amount of time necessary with her patents. She might be one of the best doctors I've seen because of that, she really wanted to make sure I got the right treatment, not just any treatment, and not once did I feel rushed. I highly recommend her and the office! Everyone in the office was very kind and helpful! Thanks!!

I am very satisfied with my treatment by Dr. Dzhafarova, since I first came to see her in urgent care. This was now a six-month follow-up, and though my healing seemed very good, she is so thorough, she wanted to be sure that nothing was missed, and would still like to send me for one last test to be sure. She is "old-school" in the good way, and extremely thorough, and she has a good bedside manner, explains things clearly and with empathy.
