It was good visit and the doctor confirmed that I needed to lose weight to improve my A/C.

I'm a veteran with tricare which requires a referral. Went to Dr Bhaskaran because VA did an xray and saw something that required me to see my back Specialist which Dr Bhaskaran referred me to over a year ago. Well Dr Bhaskaran told me he needed to see the xrays he couldn't refer me to the Specialist so I had to drive all the way to the VA clinic to sign a release in oder to get the xray. Made an appointment to return to Dr Bhaskaran to only be charged a copay and my insurance to be charged. For Dr Bhaskaran to say he wasn't an xray technician so he can't read the xray. Now I don't know if he is doing the referral or not. Tricare prime patient's in my area do not have any options for PMC but I definitely don't agree with insurance companies and patient being nickled and dimed.
