I value opportunities to build long-term relationships with my patients, while using my loves of science and critical thinking to improve their health and quality of life. I chose family medicine as my specialty because I believe it is the backbone of healthcare. I look forward to caring for patients and growing with them through all stages of life. I focus not only on treating illness but also on prevention of disease, health education and overall wellness. Listening to my patients and collaborating with them is at the heart of all that I do. The best health results are achieved when patients feel seen and heard, and are involved in decisions about their health. Through honest dialogue and mutual understanding, I hope to create a safe space where we can set goals together and work toward the healthiest lives possible. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my partner and our puppy, Luca. I am also close with my siblings and parents, and see them every chance I get. Running and pickleball keep me active, while listening to music, exploring nature or reading a good book are other favorite pastimes.
