I love Dr. Eisner and her staff. They never over schedule. We are always seen at our appointment time. When my son is sick, we are able to get in quickly, usually on the same day. She has great bedside manner with kids. My son is three now and we've been with Dr. Eisner since he was born. She listens to me and we are never rushed during our appointment.

Dr. Eisner received her M.D. degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas in 1977. She completed her residency in Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston in 1980, and became a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP) in 1981. Dr. Eisner continues her education in the ever-fascinating world of medicine by attending medical conferences, and by reading about the latest medical developments. She was re-certified by The American Board of Pediatrics in October 2009.
Dr. Eisner has assumed leadership roles in the medical field as President of the Pediatric Society, Chairman of the Harris County Subspecialty Societies, an Officer and Executive Board Member of the Harris County Medical Society, and a Delegate to The Texas Medical Association.
Dr. Eisner has been in private practice in Pediatrics in or near the Houston Heights area since July, 1981. She remains committed to providing thorough, timely, and personal care to her patients and their families. She has been recognized by her colleagues and patients for this with awards and honors, including a listing in "Top Docs for Kids", featured in H-Texas magazine.
Dr. Eisner would also like for her families to be aware and take advantage of the tremendous opportunities available in Houston’s world-renowned medical community. She’s a very personable doctor. Her staff was kind and helpful. We had no wait time at all. They called us back before I even finished the paperwork. I would recommend Dr. Eisner to any parent looking for a new doctor! I have a feeling my daughter will be her patient for a long time.

except that address 2030 North Loop West is not so easy to find for the first time, because GoogleMaps GPS directed us to a wrong place! but we'd always budget extra 15 minutes if visiting somewhere for the first time, so, with that extra 15 minutes I drive and found it out
Everything else was nice visiting Doctor Diana, waiting time for appointment time 9am is short, doctor is very nice to a 2years wellness check, appreciate the doctor informed us all services they provide, including same day appointment is also possible if need urgent care

No wait time, front office staff are helpful and professional. Dr Eisner was very patient and explained everything she even had handouts with important information for parents. She had recommendations for a specialist as well which I really appreciate. They also have the option on their website to schedule appts yourself thru Zocdoc making things much easier for me. She will also give you a list of after hour care facilities!! Awesome. Nice location, easy to find and its very kid friendly inside.

She completely missed two large problems on my 4 month old daughter. We are left having to have major surgery instead of endoscopic surgery that would have been possible if found earlier.
Only go here if you enjoy being asked how you found her practice at every appointment, having her get distracted by measuring height when going to look over a baby (and never actually inspecting said baby), or you are willing to gamble with your child's health.

We haven't been there in over 2 years. Because my son rarely get sick. Dr. Eisner hadn't change she said give me a hug I haven't seen you in a while. She is a special person with a big heart.

Took my kids for a flu shot before school. We were in and out in about 15 minutes, with no tears! The location is very convenient to the Heights (and the turtle watching in the pond outside the office is a big plus for my boys.). Only downside is parking. It appears that most of the spots in the front are now reserved for other tenants. However, there are plenty of parking spots behind the building.
