Dr. Diana R. Vitale is a compassionate and detail-oriented OB-GYN serving the greater Northern New Jersey region. Originally from Mineola, New York, Dr. Vitale graduated from Medical School at St. Matthew's University School of Medicine, and completed her Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Saint Joseph's Regional Medical Center.
As a brand new office built from the ground up, Dr. Vitale has taken special attention to the specific needs of her patients in order make the office as warm and inviting as possible. There are bathrooms attached to each room in order to provide comfort and privacy; soothing music fills the office during the visit; and an in-house Ultrasound provides fast pregnancy diagnoses and preliminary GYN results. As a provider, Dr. Vitale strives to treat every patient as she would like to be treated, and always explains all aspects of her patient’s health in order to leave no questions unanswered.
Dr. Vitale specializes in procedures such as Colposcopy, Laparoscopy, Hysterectomy (laparoscopic, vaginal and abdominal), Tubal ligation, Hysteroscopy, Endometrial ablation, Cesarean sections, and IUD insertions. She regularly attends Professional Seminars such as ACOG meetings, conferences on adolescent GYN, and weekly conferences at hospitals in the region.
Patients of Dr. Vitale comment that her office and staff are friendly, warm, and accessible. In order to make her practice as convenient as possible, Dr. Vitale’s office is handicap accessible with designated parking, and has late-night office hours to best accommodate her patients. She is married to a Northern Jersey native who is also a physician in the area, and enjoys photography and hiking with her Bulldog in her spare time.
