“Overall my visit was good. The staff were very pleasant. My appt was for 8 am and the instructions when I booked the appt asked that I arrived 15 minutes before my appt time. When I arrived the office was still closed so I waited and the called back at 8am and someone was there to let me in the building. There were also issues with my preregistration and the system used at Feminine Urgicare. I did hear the staff mention there were system upgrades or something like that. Once that was taken care of I was seen and all of the staff were pleasant. I would recommend this establishment to other women.”

This was a great experience! The office was very clean and welcoming. Everyone was very friendly- front desk, assistant, doctor, sonogram person. Very thorough exam and explanations. Felt at ease. Doctor also took her time both listening and talking.

I had such a positive experience at my recent gynecologist appointment. We need more places like this. It's sometimes hard making appointments with a gynecologist at a convenient time. When you need to see a doctor right away, this is the place. There's usually available appointments. They are open til 8 on weekdays and open on Saturdays as well.
This is a full service facility. I actually get better care here than my regular gynecologist office. Staff is friendly. The place is esthetically pleasing and very clean. I even enjoyed the music playing over the PA.
This is my 2nd time coming here and they are consistent with their level of service. The staff is very attentive and caring. I was seen by Jennifer and she was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to hear my concerns and explained everything well to me in a way that I could understand. She was also proactive in making sure my prescription had a refill to make it convenient for me to re-order meds without having to come in for another appointment. Best place for women

The concept of having an all women's URGENT CARE is great. They had ultrasound tech in office which was huge.
The staff was overall friendly. I really appreciated the ultrasound tech and all her support. The PA was OK but couldn't address the problem without being referred to the gyn who is only in the Clifton office on Wednesdays.
With that being said it is a great facility to address any urgent issues.

After receiving my results, it’s been about a week and I’m still waiting for someone to call me to explain them to me. I’m having so many issues hormonally and just with my menstrual cycle and reproductive system and I clearly expressed that and to not have anyone even reach out to tell me either that I need to get an appointment for the doctor to review the results with me or even just a message acknowledging she received them and just shoot me a quick explanation of them is insane.
This and so many other reason is why women are under served medically and why it’s so hard to find good doctors. People just want to before the bare minimum.

Everything went smoothly, they already had all my info when I got there. Everyone from the receptionist, nurse who took my vitals and the PA were super nice and made me feel comfortable. The PA was patient, listened and answered all my questions thoughtfully and in detail. I didn’t feel rushed at all. So happy I found this place!??????

WARNING: AVOID HETAL GOR AT ALL COSTS—UNPROFESSIONAL, DISMISSIVE, AND CRUEL!
I have never been so mistreated, disrespected, and violated by a medical provider in my life. I went in seeking relief from excruciating pain caused by my IUD, expecting compassionate care, but instead, I was met with hostility, cruelty, and an appalling lack of professionalism.
Dr. Gor refused to remove my IUD at first, completely dismissing my pain and telling me I was “wasting resources.” I had to practically beg her to do her job. When she finally agreed, she was excessively rough during the removal, showing zero concern for my well-being. As if that wasn’t enough, after yanking it out, she tossed it onto the bedside tray and snapped, “Here, are you happy now?” Her behavior was not just unprofessional—it was dehumanizing.I left feeling violated, humiliated, and deeply shaken. No patient should ever have to endure this level of disrespect and cruelty from a medical professional.

If you are looking for an excellent, feel comfortable office & Dr, “THIS” is the place to go!
I had questions, they were answered! My yearly exam went smooth! The Dr herself had exceptional bed side manor!!
The staff was warm, friendly and if I waited 5 minutes that was it!
Easy to get to location! Beautiful new building. I will share this A+ facility with every female I know!

I was unable to get a same day appointment with my doctor and they suggested I go to the new feminine urgicare. So convenient!! I made the appointment online for a same day appointment. They took my insurance. I was seen within 10 minutes of arrival. The place was small, but clean. The staff (all female that I could see) was very friendly. They sent my prescription directly to my pharmacy. I was so happy that they were there!! I’ve already told friends and family about them.
