I kept a log of all my symptoms in my notes on my phone & the doctor snatched my phone out of hands & said, “you’re young you should remember all of your symptoms”.. I told him I couldn’t remember it all because there was so much & I had dates of when the pain occurred & how long it lasted. It was basically my own medical log. I tried explaining my other symptoms & he cut me off saying, “you’re young therefore you’re fine & it’s nothing to worry about I’ll just prescribe you a years worth of anti-depressants.” I wanted to tell him more but he refused to listen & I was on the verge of tears. I came there for extremely painful migraines & other issues.. not for depression. I’m not depressed. The entire appt took 5 minutes or less. All he did was medically gaslight me & say I’m fine because I’m “young.” Please don’t go here because you will not be taken seriously. Also my insurance did not cover this visit either when it was initially stated that it was accepted
