All the doctors were very nice and personable, but I had to wait a long time between blood tests and other testing. I was there over 3 hours!

Dr. Harden herself was great. She was patient and she really was thorough. My ophthalmologist called her with an urgent matter and she called me herself to schedule. If she has any other locations I’d see her there because the 14th street location is horrible. (Has no reflection on the doctor herself.) Dr. Harden sent me for an MRI and a CTA. I needed prior authorization for the CTA and a member of her staff, named Jennifer, told NYU that she didn’t have the time to do it. When I called my insurance I was told they were waiting for a fax from them and that they had started the prior authorization 1 hour before I called. Absolutely ridiculous. As I work for a doctor I know that PA’s need to be done at least 2 days in advance because insurance can take time to approve or deny. Then when I called the office to speak to Jennifer she caught an attitude yelled “oh my god” and slammed down the phone. Another staff member helped me and completed my prior authorization although I still had to reschedule my CTA. I’ve had the results from NYU for a week and still waiting for someone to review the results. But don’t call the office. They don’t answer and their voicemail is full. Again Dr.Harden is fantastic but the staff can drive patients away quick.
I wish he would of told me my insurance didn’t cover the mri before I got there I didn’t get to type of medication they basically did nothing I’m still in pain
Wonderful doctor! Extremely knowledgeable
I met with Dr. Ahoubim on many occasions to diagnose and treat my sleep and energy issues. With his help, I discovered I had two sleep disorders that had hampered me over the past 15 years. I was given a sleep study alongside a MSLT for potential narcolepsy in his office. The environment and bed was super comfortable (felt better than my own bed due to the mattress and silk sheets) and the technician running the study was fantastic. He was also professional, knowledgeable, and helpful as Dr. Ahoubim. I wouldn't hesitate to refer potential patients to this office. It's rare to find doctors who care about their patients while still researching new treatments. I feel much better since I've been treated and I'm grateful for Dr. Ahoubim and his team's help.
I booked an appointment after seeing all the positive reviews, and Dr Dokko exceeded my expectations! She listened intently as I explained my symptoms of numbness and tingling in my pinky and ring finger and asked follow up questions to try to get at the possible causes. She was thorough in her physical evaluation all the way down to my feet even though I wasn't complaining about any problems there. She explained an option to do an EMG test to get more data to drill down to a more definitive diagnosis. I'm glad I chose to do it because it only took about 40 minutes and helped us conclude that I have ulnar neuropathy in my elbow. She then provided a solid action plan for me to follow (based on my answers to her questions and the EMG data) over the next few weeks as we monitor my progress. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured or treated like "just another patient." I highly recommend her!
Dr. Bronfin was very attentive and personable. She was really focused on unearthing my mysterious pains and helped charter a path toward discovery. She also explains medical concepts very well so that you have a good understanding of your issues and her diagnosis.
Dr Micic was very welcoming, knowledgeable and informative. She took the time and did a thorough medical history for my child and family and recommended further testing. She did not judge my child. She made my child feel very comfortable and I appreciate that. The only complaint is her front desk staff , they were not welcoming, as a new patient they did not smile, I saw one on the internet shopping and over heard them talking about another employee, so they just need a little front desk etiquette. Overall Dr Micic was awesome.
Dr. Saremsky was warm and patient, and he explained everything very thoroughly.

His support staff was awesome, even though they had scheduled the wrong date for my appointment. The fact that I had several tests there helped alot.
10 minute after I fill out my paperwork I got in with Dr. Pitts. For someone like me who is always on the run. This is amazing! He is very professional and took time listening to my concerns.
Dr. Apeatu was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns attentively. My only gripe is that ZocDoc listed him as a headache specialist, but when I went to see him he said I had to make a second appointment with another doctor who is actually a headache specialist. This is annoying because it means I have to pay my copay twice for two visits.
Great!
It was great, they were very informative. I've only had a consultation so I can't really determine an opinion as of now.
Dr. Rabinovich was very polite. She spent a good deal of time with me and listened to me about what my concerns were. Though the office doesn't seem that extensive because she shares an office with a dentist, it was very clean.
Patient, kind, understanding and thorough is just a few words to describe Dr. Kaplan. Will keep all my appointments with him.
Dr. Shabas was very pleasant and understanding. She took her time with me and listened to what I had to say.
