Based on my first visit Dr. Buyanov is great. He has a wonderful bedside manner and listens well. He asks appropriate questions for the situation and explained the plan of action very well. He seems very caring and personable. His staff was very efficient and kind and made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a kind and intelligent physician.

Dr. Buyanov is a native of the Ukraine and is one of the few fellowship trained Interventional Pain Specialists in the country. He is the founder of Premier Pain Consultants.
Dr Buyanov received his training in Anesthesiology at Penn State Medical Center, PA. He then went on to further train in Interventional Pain Management in their Post Doctoral fellowship program.
Dr. Buyanov moved to San Antonio and was part of a multispecialty neurosurgery group before starting Premier Pain Consultants, which has a practice philosophy of quality patient care which is compassionate and cost effective.
Dr. Buyanov believes in conservative care which will improve the quality of life of his patients and also improved function.
Dr. Buyanov enjoys spending his spare time with his family.

I have been to multiple doctors to be seen about chronic back pain. No one had taken me seriously until I met Dr. Buyanov. I told him where I was having the pain, and in less than ten minutes he had taken an x-Ray of my spine, pinpointed where the source of the pain was, and what treatment I needed. He is truly one of the most amazing people I have ever met and has changed my life. I can not express how thankful I am.

Dr. Buyanov was very professional, listened to my condition and was able to easily titrate my medical regimen into an appropriate and more medically indicated regimen for my condition. He is down to earth and, as a fellow physician, I highly recommend him and will be transitioning my care over to his practice.
