What is your typical process for working with clients?
My approach begins with building a strong therapeutic relationship and gaining a thorough understanding of each client’s concerns, history, symptoms, lifestyle, and personal goals. During the initial evaluation, we discuss emotional health, medical history, stressors, sleep, daily functioning, and any previous treatment experiences to create a comprehensive picture of overall wellbeing.
From there, we work together to develop an individualized treatment plan that may include psychiatric medication management, supportive therapy, lifestyle recommendations, and coping strategies tailored to the client’s needs. I value collaboration and encourage clients to actively participate in treatment decisions so they feel informed and supported throughout the process.
Follow-up appointments focus on monitoring progress, adjusting treatment when needed, and supporting long-term emotional and physical wellness. My goal is to help clients feel more stable, confident, and empowered in managing their mental health over time.
