Dr. Grinshpun took a lot of time and care to listen to and try to make sense of my mother’s symptoms. His examination was very thorough, he followed up with her primary care doctor to rule out a diagnosis and he ordered a lot of tests. Finally he recommended an excellent physical therapist that we really like.

Very good doctor, unfortunately staff on front desk is typical old Russian Brighton Beach behavior, very rude, not really helpful. After visiting I was trying to make an appointment for my wife I called few times and I been told they don't have time to talk right now, call back tomorrow and she hang up on me few times. I thought those manners passed long time ago

Dr. Grinshpun listened intently to my concerns and diagnosed what I've thought I've needed along my medical journey. Two other neurologists I've seen didn't listen to my issues and have misdiagnosed my symptoms time and time again. Happy to have found a doctor that listens.
Don't let the outside office facade fool you, it's very nice inside.

The staff treated me nicely when I came in. My wait time was short. Dr. Grinshpun was friendly, asked questions, explained a test i was going to get and discussed a plan of action with medications and other possibilities down the road. He answered my questions. I will be returning to his office. He even helped me put on my coat when I was leaving. I was treated well from beginning to end.

This doctor was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I made the appt Friday night and was in his office early Saturday morning. I arrived and the receptionist called me by name as though I were a long time patient!
The doctor listened closely and was reassuring. I came in with pain that I had had for 5 days and left pain free. I would certainly recommend him and will definitely go back to see him.
