Great doctor. One of the best primary docs I've had - he's efficient, smart, empathetic, and knowledgeable. Refreshing! Never a wait to see him either and his office staff are great when it comes to admin stuff like insurance.

My annual physical checkup with the doctor took exactly 3 minutes. He wrote prescription for my thyroid medicine. Checked blood pressure without taking off my winter jacket with fur nonetheless and let the slider in the instrument slide sofast that I seriously doubt he was able to measure anything. He gave me off the shelf sheet for labs without even writing my details and the lab wouldn’t accept it.

He was very rude and didn't allow me to speak. He said there was some issue with my insurance and wouldn't tell me how I can rectify it. He just said I don't deal with insurance because of this and toldme to talk to them and have them fax over something. I still don't know what that something is or what I did to deserve that bedside manner. I understand if you're not happy with insurance but why take it out on the patient.

I was looking for a knowledgable and competent doctor, and saw that Dr. Ho studied at some of the best schools in the country. He did not disappoint. He is brilliant, nonjudgmental, and really listens. I appreciate how approachable he is;I felt very comfortable in his care from the start. Even though I was late to my appointment, he took me right away and was so kind and understanding. Booking is a breeze, and when I was having trouble finding parking, I called the office and the woman who answered was so nice and helpful as well.

I was not pleased. It took the office a while to find my records. The doctor's examination was perfunctory. He went over bloodwork results with me, and barely answered my questions. It seemed like he was in a hurry.

After hearing my concerns about my health, the doctor suggested that my concerns were invalid without performing any kind of physical examination. Every health issue presented to him was answered with suggestion of medication without examination.

If you're thinking about Dr. Ho, look at his Yelp (1-star) or Healthgrade (2-stars) reviews. I don't know how he scammed reviews on here -- he's the absolute worst primary care physician I've ever encountered. He's completely opposed to actuallydoing any work. He spent 3min on my annual physical and brushed off every request to actually do his medical practice. He literally Googles things any modern doctor should know about. Never heard back from my blood tests.

Dr. Ho was efficient and friendly. I was able to get in and out quickly and I thought it was incredible that I had only scheduled the appointment as a new patient 1 hour before. The office was clean and parkingwas easy (paid $1 for 45 minutes). I will likely go back for general check ups and other needs.

Dr. Ho is a great guy and was a great doctor throughout my visits. That was until I lost my job, had surgery and was forced into Medi-Cal. Once on Medi-Cal he told me to find a different doctor even thoughthey said I could still go there and I was still covered. It seemed like if he couldn't charge the insurance company he didn't want to help me out.

The first time I visited Dr. Ho, he took my blood pressure in an unbelievably fast speed and "listened" to my heartbeat over my clothing (I was wearing a sweatshirt!) for about 2 seconds. He then handed me a lab slipand told me to get out of there. I had to call the office to continuously check if the lab results had arrived. When I went for the follow up appointment, he asked no questions about my family history and gave me a cursory overview of the results. He was about ready to run out of the room, and I had to keep interrupting his goodbyes to ask a few of my questions. Will never come back!

I have very high trust and respect for Dr. Ho. It is easy to find an appointment, the wait times are reasonable and he is very accommodating if you are slightly late. For some Dr. Ho might seem like being veryterse where appointments do not last more than 5-10 mins, however this works fine for me. He is very knowledgeable and I recommend him.

Dr. Ho defies the characteristics of most doctor's. He is very prompt, and he keeps his schedule on track which relieves the stress of visiting a doctor. He is also extremely knowledgeable which makes the appointments efficient and productive.
