He's efficient, but he also takes the time to make sure you get the right contacts for your eyes. He's very friendly and seems sincere in wanting to know how the product is working for you. He also remembered me and my husband from last year, which was nice.

The Dr. made some off color jokes and had strange bedside manner. The doctor didn't write the script during my appointment hoping that I would stick around to buy glasses, so I had to wait around 30 minutes until he was finished with the next patient in order to get my script and leave...the staff refused to knock on the door...it was ridiculous.

The regular contact lens appointment was fairly quick and Dr. Helms took the time to fit me into the right part of lenses. He double checked my insurance when I had some worries and ensured that I was getting the best deal. The location is very conveniently located and I was in and out all within my lunch break!

Have been to Dr. Helms multiple times, the office as a whole runs smoothly, very helpful and friendly. Dr. Helms is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. Would definitely recommend him.

All new equipments to test your eyesight or any other problems with the eye. Doctor is great, keeps everything very simple and straight forward. I didn't have eye insurance but at no point, the office or doctor tried to force any kind of additional tests. Overall, one of the best eye doctors I have ever been to.
