She was very thorough with my chart. She made sure to discuss my current/future care plan. I would recommend!

I was seen quickly. Dr. Ling took her time and answered any questions I had and did not rush the appointment. She is very through. I would highly recommend Dr. Ling to anyone! :)

Had blood drawn for physical and they never called to follow up. When I called them, the doctor would not even see me. Instead they had a nurse practitioner call me. I asked to speak with Dr. Ling and they refused. They took my money and did not provide the services I paid for. This practice only wants to take your money and not provide an actual service.

She was wonderful and easy-going! This was a first-time visit as a new patient. The nurse said that the wait is not usually as long as I waited, so I will probably re-rate when I go back in May. The doctor was running behind, and I completely understand. Highly recommend this office, the people were so welcoming and sweet and the doctor was very easy to talk to.
