About Jessica Holley
Welcome to River Hills Family Medicine. If you are a new patient to our office, please be sure to complete all of your new patient paperwork before your visit. If this is not completed by your appointment time, we will need to reschedule your appointment. You are welcome to arrive 20 minutes early to complete your paperwork in person if you are unable to do so online. Please bring your ID and insurance card with you. I hold a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Medical Branch, and I look forward to providing you with excellent care. We look forward to seeing you soon!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Holley for quite some time and she is just the best. She cares about my well being overall and is willing to work with me on what I am comfortable with. Would very much recommend her as a primary care provider.

Great experience with Mrs. Holley. She took the time to listen to my concerns and was very empathetic and intentional. Wait time was 45 minutes, though, and the nurse was pretty unfriendly. Overall, I would recommend, but definitely go when you have flexibility to wait!!

They were wonderful. There was not a long wait, they were thouroughly concerned, and didn't just want to prescribe pain medication for a shoulder injury.

I’m an ongoing patient with the doctor that I booked - I’m just now using Zocdoc and it’s a little frustrating because I spent my time, and I filled out all the documents needed to be sent to the doctors. I filled out / updated all the forms several days (4+) before my appointment and they still didn’t have it updated at the doctors office when I got there.
#2) You can only check one thing to be seen for at a time and I personally was going in for multiple things so that’s frustrating

I just get upset with the medical field that makes it’s very clear that if you are late ( more than 15 minutes) you will receive a fee etc...
Why is their time more important than the people coming to see them? Possibly stop trying to shove so many appointments in, that you have a patient who was sitting there waiting for over 40 minutes ??

Jessica Holley was great. Very thorough and compassionate. Really tries to get to the root of the problem instead of just treating the symptoms. Great bed side manner. Highly recommend her.
