“My experience was great here the staff was nice, funny, and professional, the only thing I will note is that they were running a little behind, but the doctor had addressed it. Other than that, I was a first-time patient and the paperwork, payment and everything else went smoothly. I would definitely return in the future.”

I felt rushed. There were things I wanted to discuss but she said “ we’re running way behind”. This frustrates me because it took me a while to get this appointment. I just wanted to feel seen and get some help with my medical problems. Instead I was rushed through like it was an assembly line.

Very prepared staff that was ready to answer all questions. Very clean and easy to navigate facility and I felt very comfortable being there as a new patient. I really appreciated everyone’s patience and they knew exactly what my insurance was covering. Would recommend!

Unfortunately not a good first experience. Office staff immediately turned me away. I was only 5 mins late. I was running behind due to a work delay. It was my first time visiting the office. I explained I struggled to located the office as a new patient. Instead of being understanding, she simply pulled a copy of the paperwork and let me know I was going to be charged for being late. I will not be rescheduling. Most offices have a 15 mins grace period.

Huge miscommunication, they didn’t know about my insurance plan, until I arrived and I was handed a paperwork to fill out and next minute they told me that we didn’t know about your insurance plan, they handed me a paper, saying call the insurance to change your PCP and give us the reference number!!!
I was fasting for almost 14 hours to be seen by the provider for annual check up.

Great visit! All my concerns were addressed and I was even able to get scheduled for blood work and a full body scan using ultrasound just to make sure I’m 100% good and was told it will be entirely covered by insurance! Great experience overall

All was good except the lab
I did not know the lab place did not accept my insurance and they told me that the lab is not covered under my health insurance which is a surprise for me. My insurance company is within the network with them.
