Optometry has been a way of life for the Olivos family for 3 generations. It’s more than a job for us – it’s a way of life. 2013 is also a big year for us as it marks our 30th year anniversary of our store in Richmond Hill, Queens! This is not by accident!
In the days and times we live in, it’s hard for a mom and pop / family business to compete with major chain stores. Let alone mega stores with the likes of Sears and Walmart. The reason we’ve been able to flourish in Queens is due to our customer service. We genuinely care about our customers. We’re not a run of the mill, get in – get out business.

Great, quick service. Staff and Dylan Olivos is nice, straight to the point and very helpful. All my questions were answered, great appointment reminders. My eye allergies and new glasses were taken care of right away. I had a great experience going there and will probably continue to do so from now on!

Dylan Olivos is an exceptional eye doctor, but his reception staff could definitely improve. I arrived half hour early than my appointment to be seen 55 minutes later. Its a family business. Dylan Olivos was very thorough, explained everything she was doing as she performed, clarified any concerns I had, polite, he is highly recommended!

I visited Dr. Dylan Olivos for my 6 year old. I was very pleased. The Dr. Was kid friendly, very nice and thorough. Wait time was quick. Staff was kind and pleasant. I would recommend Dr. Olivos.
I will deffinetly keep this doctor for my son.
Also love that his office is open on Saturdays.

I would have given this office a 5 star, because the doctor himself was great , but when I went to pick up me and kids glasses the older lady behind the counter that helped with the paperwork and glasses was not friendly and helpful. I asked for my rx so I can buy extra extra glasses for my kids she gave me a hard time and did not give me the rx. I never experienced a doctor not given a patient their medical records just so I have to keep going back there to high prices for extra glasses. That situation right there made up my mind never to go back there. I also referred family there because doctor himself was so great . However I will let my friends and family don't go there now Because it seems they care more about the money than the patients.

the store was very crowded by cases of glasses everywhere but the doctor was very nice. They didnt have any idea about my zocdoc appointment but where able to get me in and out within an hour.
