I'm not at all satisfied. Have got couple of reasons for that.
I was told for MRI from ARA but when I tried to take appointment in ARA I found that ARA has not received any information or authorizations from my doctor. Already pissed of because of my left hand pain , now am really annoyed.

Peggy, the x-ray tech, was awesome!!! She was pleasant, funny and personable. Dr. Kilbride was equally as great! He spent time going over my x-rays, listening to what was going on and giving appropriate treatment options based on my prognosis and needs. Definitely recommend!!

Dr. Kilbride earned his medical degree at Louisiana State University. He completed his orthopedic residency at UT Southwestern in Dallas, and completed a fellowship in arthroscopy and sports medicine at the Southern California Orthopedic Institute. After seven years practicing in Central Texas, Dr. Kilbride joined the physicians of Austin Skeletal Trauma Specialists in 2010.
Dr. Kilbride is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery, and board-certified under the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. He is also a member of the American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine and the Arthroscopy Association of North America.

Love Dr Kilbride but i didn't get to see him yesterday; saw his PA, Stephanie, who was GREAT! She gave me my injection .... did not even hurt. She had a great bedside manner.
